LGE 2026 | Ramaphosa campaigns in Durban, meets KZN Amakhosi

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says the party's level of support is rising. In 2024's general election the ANC's support in KwaZulu-Natal plummeted to 17 percent. The party lost it's outright majority in the eThekwini municipality in the 2021 municipal elections, when the ANC could secure only 42 percent of the votes.
