Niamat Ali Dogar 86 is an ex-resident of village Wadali Dogaran Amritsar. He witnessed the events during the partition of India and Pakistan. Later on, he migrated from his village to Chak NO. 4/14L Kassowal Tehsil Chichawatni District Sahiwal with his family.
