In Tape 33, I finally solve a problem that's been bothering me for months. The alcohol stove on my Allegro trimaran was mounted too close to the wooden shelves above it, creating a potential fire hazard that I couldn't stop thinking about. Instead of living with it, I came up with a simple solution that makes the galley much safer while keeping everything practical. Sometimes the best improvements aren't the biggest ones—they're the ones that give you peace of mind. This trimaran was bought sight unseen, and every episode brings it one step closer to becoming a safe and comfortable cruising boat. If you enjoy boat restoration, DIY boat projects, sailboat refits, and practical problem-solving, you're in the right place. 👇 Comment below: What's one small modification you've made that made a huge difference to your boat, camper, or workshop? ⛵ Support the Project If you'd like to support the rebuild of this Allegro Trimaran and help keep the project moving forward: Patreon: patreon.com/GoodEnoughSailing Every bit of support helps fund materials, repairs, and future upgrades as I work toward getting this sight-unseen trimaran back into the water
