How To Replace The Front Hubs On A 2005 Ford Explorer XLT RWD/2WD

Replacing the front hubs on a 2 wheel drive is very easy and can be done in your driveway without special tools. In this video I demonstrate how you can easily replace the front hubs on a RWD Ford Explorer, as long as it has the same front hub setup as this 2005 does. Please remember that this is a 2WD Explorer and not a 4WD, although the procedure for a 4WD is almost identical with the exception that you also have to remove and reinstall the front axle shaft in the process. These hubs are also interchangeable between the 2 and 4 wheel drive models. The vehicle in this video is a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT automatic 2WD with the 4.0L V6.
