Building a Warm and Cozy Underground Shelter Under an Oak Tree | Bushcraft, Dugout, Survival

In the heart of the forest, underneath the root system of an ancient oak tree, we constructed one of the most concealed and difficult to locate underground shelters we have ever made. All the features of this dugout were carved out of the ground using only basic tools and natural resources. The aim was to construct a fully concealed shelter which would be able to remain warm during cold nights and soundproof enough to become invisible within the surroundings. You will see the entire process of digging out the shelter and its construction including insulating it and making it comfortable and livable space.
