Can I fix this ruined dial? | Omega pocket watch restoration

I bought this Omega pocket watch for a good price. It worked, but it would stop after several minutes. It turns out it just needed a good cleaning, so I was lucky with this purchase. My main concern now was about the damaged porcelain dial. Somebody tried to restore it before me but it didn't turn out well. I had to clean the previous attempt and do it in my way. After fixing the holes in the dial, I re-draw the markings and numerals with a marker. I added a new hour, minute and second hands, and also a new crystal. I also polished the watch.
