Researcher Fernando Ojeda Llanes explored the positions of the stars and floral patterns on the Virgin’s mantle and interpreted them as musical notes. These notes were later developed and arranged into a musical composition, which was publicly presented in symphonic form in 2018. Bringing together sacred imagery, mathematical ideas, and music, the work has a peaceful and contemplative character. For listeners of faith, it offers an invitation to contemplate the maternal presence of the Blessed Virgin Mary and to experience, through music, a message of peace, hope, and praise to God.
