LiftIrrigation #KrishnaRiver #MeghaEngineering The lack of predictable rainfall across the Narayanpet and Kodangal regions in Telangana has long caused major water challenges for local farming communities during the dry season. To establish a permanent solution, the new Makthal–Narayanpet–Kodangal lift irrigation scheme is being built to deliver a reliable water supply straight from the Krishna River to one lakh acres of farmland. MEIL Group is playing a crucial role in executing this project, building pumping stations near Utkoor and Perapalla and laying steel pressure pipelines to lift the water uphill directly to fields. #Pipelines #Agricultural #Makthal #Narayanpet #Kodangal #Telangana #MEIL #MEILGroup About MEIL For over three decades, MEIL Group has grown into one of the mega pillars supporting India’s infrastructure story, with a diversified portfolio exceeding $30 billion across more than 20 countries.
