After recently getting a website done (https://volume.property) and showing it to my wife, she told me she didn't know I was working on so many property developments. Did she just think I was chilling all day or something? Maybe, but I suppose it's obvious that if you're not showing people the stuff you're getting done - they're not gonna know about it. So I decided that I'm gonna show you guys some of the deals I've been doing around Birmingham's city centre in an area I think has absolutely huge potential. In a few years, this canal side location will be stacked with fresh, new properties; and I've got a little bit of that pie.
