CPL Professional Development 2026-27: Introduction to CPL

This session will introduce Credit for Prior Learning as a university-wide policy, a student success mechanism, and a national movement toward a more equitable, inclusive higher education landscape. Learn about the basics of CPL as an academic process, including assessment approaches and the critical role that faculty play in making CPL opportunities available to CUNY students.
