USEFUL SYTELINE KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS: Ctrl + O — Opens the Select Form dialog box so you can locate and open a form. Ctrl + S — Saves changes to the current form. Modified records are saved, and records marked for deletion are permanently deleted. Ctrl + C — Copies selected text or supported grid contents to the clipboard. Ctrl + V — Pastes copied text or content into the selected field or supported area. Ctrl + D — Marks the selected record for deletion. The record is permanently deleted when you save. F1 — Opens help for the current field. If no field is active, opens help for the current form. F4 — Runs a Filter-in-Place search using the criteria entered in the fields. The * character can be used as a wildcard. To find items beginning with "CB", enter CB* in the appropriate field and press F4. F5 — Clears the current filter criteria so you can perform a new search. F7 — Moves to the previous record in the collection. F8 — Moves to the next record in the collection. Note: Some shortcuts only work in specific situations, such as when a collection or editable field is active. Availability may vary depending on your SyteLine version and configuration.
