Pattaya Under the Rain: An Unfiltered Street Walk

Explore everyday life in Pattaya, Thailand on a rainy day as we walk through some of the city's most interesting streets and neighborhoods. 🌴🇹🇭 This Pattaya walking tour takes us through Soi Buakhao, Tree Town, Soi Diana, Soi Honey, Second Road and several smaller streets where you can see what daily life in Thailand really looks like. Along the way we check real Pattaya prices, including budget rooms advertised for around 300–500 baht, affordable Thai food for about 50 baht, fresh fruit, local markets and everyday shopping inside a Pattaya 7-Eleven. We also see the transportation many visitors and long-term residents use every day — baht buses, motorbike taxis and busy Pattaya street traffic. The walk continues through areas popular with long-stay visitors, with guesthouses, cafés, restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies and local street vendors. Later we explore Soi Diana, Soi Honey, Pattaya Second Road and Tree Town before returning to Soi Buakhao. The final stop is Central Pattaya Mall, where locals and visitors escape the rainy weather and enjoy shopping in the heart of the city.
