1973 - 1978 GMC Motorhome Aluminum Radiator Upgrade + Install

Special thanks to GMC’er Greg Keller for the idea on how to fabricate the easy-removal frame! This project took me a few months but was well worth the time and effort! If you don’t weld or paint anything this can be done in a weekend very easily, but I took it a step further and made sure to make things more easily serviceable in the future. I flushed out the complete cooling system over the course of about 1,000 miles. Before each trip I drained out the distilled water and added fresh. I did this to avoid any compatibility problems with the John Deere Coolgard II. Happy motoring everyone and thank you so much for tuning into my channel!
