MBER Growth Challenge

Welcome to the official orientation for the #MBERGrowthChallenge. This is a 4-month execution challenge running from September 1 to December 31, 2026, designed for people who want measurable growth in either their career or business. This is not another program where you watch classes, take notes and disappear. The goal is simple: learn, execute, show proof, get feedback, improve and repeat. During this orientation, I’ll walk you through how the challenge works, including: The Career Track The Entrepreneur Track The 5 growth clusters Daily execution activities Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 participation Weekly classes Daily minimum actions Scorecards and accountability Proof of execution How we will track progress from September to December How to use the community effectively What will be expected from you throughout the challenge The five areas we will work through are: 1. Clarity & Direction Know exactly what you are building and where you are going. 2. Skills & AI Build practical skills that improve your value, productivity and results. 3. Visibility & Brand Learn how to become easier to discover, understand and trust. 4. Network & Opportunities Build relationships, create conversations and access better opportunities. 5. Growth & Execution Turn learning into jobs, interviews, customers, revenue, projects and measurable progress. The challenge is designed for different levels of commitment: Level 1 — 1 hour daily Level 2 — 2 hours daily Level 3 — 3 hours daily There will also be a smaller Daily Minimum for days when life gets busy, because the goal is consistency, not perfection. By December 31, you should be able to look back and show evidence of what changed. Not just: “I learned a lot.” But: I built. I applied. I reached out. I posted. I improved. I created opportunities.
