Stop Being a Spiritual Bystander | The Spirit Sends Us

What if the person God wants to reach is already right in front of you? It’s easy to see someone hurting, searching, lonely, struggling, or far from Jesus and think, “Somebody should do something.” But what if that somebody is you? In Week 1 of The Spirit Sends Us, we look at what it means to stop living as spiritual bystanders and start recognizing that following Jesus means joining His mission. Jesus doesn't only save us—He sends us. And He doesn't send us alone. Through Acts 1 and the story of Moses, we see that God isn't looking for perfect or completely qualified people. He's looking for people willing to say: “Here I am. Send me.” The Holy Spirit empowers us. The Holy Spirit goes with us. The Holy Spirit uses our witness. You don't need every answer.
