ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and CNN have suspended pooled presidential coverage, while the three barred outlets have taken the administration to federal court over their access. The dispute now goes beyond one group of reporters: who controls access to the presidency, and can that access be restricted because of a newsroom’s reporting? The move followed the administration’s decision to bar CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House. CNN was scheduled for pool duty when the administration removed it from the rotation. During one South Lawn ceremony, the administration’s online feed experienced audio and quality problems, underscoring the practical role normally played by professional pool crews. “वाइट हाउस ने आननफानन कोई YouTube से लगाने की कोशिश की उसमें आवाज बीच में गायब हो गई साउंड गारबल हो गया वो ठीक तरीके से आया नहीं” [08:06] [08:23] THE FIGHT MOVES TO COURT CNN, MS NOW and Politico filed a federal lawsuit challenging the White House ban. They argue that revoking their access violated First Amendment protections and due process. The case was assigned to Judge Timothy J. In 2009, the Obama administration faced resistance from news organizations after Fox News was excluded from a Treasury Department event.
