Cisco the Mustang’s Big Adventure! Cisco let me pet him with the rope today. video 129, 8/29/2026

This is the one hundred-twenty-nineth video in Cisco the Mustang’s journey. He’s been learning to stand on the platform at liberty to build trust and confidence. Today he actually let me pet him with the rope. Now, Cisco usually stands with all four feet on the platform for a Mrs. Pastures Cookie for Horses. By standing on the opposite side and waiting until he chooses to cross the platform for the treat, my idea soon becomes his, and he figures out the trick on his own.
