Shibuya goes back to normal but not the way Rindo intended it to be, as Fret, Nagi, Beat, Neku were not present. Rindo meets Hazuki, we give him a tour across Shibuya till we reach Udagawa. It all seems normal first until he reveals himself as having exorcised Kubo himself for overstepping and gives Rindo one last chance to turn back time and set everything right. Lemme theorize at least a bit I see this guy as an the Shinjuku counterpart to Joshua, given he did the same celestial beam as Joshua did in the previous game.
