Janet Lee Graham, age 87, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away September 22, 2026 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born March 2, 1939, in Blanchard, MI, the daughter of Francis and Dorothy (Hoover) Trecy. On July 15, 1970 she married Allen Kenneth Graham in Tampa, FL, and he survives. Janet and Allen deeply cherished their Catholic faith and on July 15, 2018, they had their marriage blessed with a Convalidation at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh, MI.
Janet was a graduate of Vestaburg High School, Class of 1957. She earned her LPN certification after high school and spent most of her working career as a nurse. Janet was a member of
St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh, MI. Her banana bread she made, was a favorite of everyone in the family. Janet's granddaughters now have her cherished banana bread recipe and continue her legacy by carrying on this special family tradition. She liked to stay active by going for walks. Janet also loved music and dancing. Janet was happiest at home, surrounded by the people she loved most. She treasured the simple moments spent with her family, whether sharing a meal, visiting together, or simply enjoying each other's company. For Janet, home was a place filled with love, comfort, and family, and those times together were among her greatest joys.
In addition to her husband Allen, Janet is survived by her children, Jeff Trecy of Clinton, Jill Alder of Monroe, Jennifer (Brian) Pawlowski of Chelsea, and Matthew Graham of Tecumseh;
eight grandchildren, Brandon, Brandi, Caroline, Ashton, Braxton, Matthew, Weston, and Rachel; and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Patricia, Mary, and Nancy; and two brothers, Francis and Richard.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Michigan with Rev. Fr. Dan Wheeler officiating. Final resting place will be at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh, MI. A luncheon will follow at the funeral home.

Visitation will also be held, on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service.
