Dallas: Ray turns J.R. down/Bobby finds out about the trust fund.

Season 5 Episode 9: Five Dollars a Barrel Ray tells J.R. that he flatly refuses to give away his voting shares. J.R. warns Ray that his decision will be his downfall. However, Ray informs J.R. that the family has enough voting shares to throw him out of Ewing Oil. Phyllis tells Bobby that Jeff Faraday wants him to meet him again, and that she found the letter in J.R.’s office. Bobby asks Phyllis to make a copy and return the original to J.R.’s office.
