"Slow dilution" of Sixth Schedule must stop, says CM Conrad Sangma at Maibang convention

At a large gathering in Maibang’s Dishru Field, Meghalaya CM and NPP President Conrad K. Sangma welcomed Dima Hasao leader Daniel Langthasa into the party. Sangma spoke strongly against the "slow dilution" of the Sixth Schedule, warning that local land should not be sacrificed for development projects like railways if they don't actually benefit the community.
