🩰 INTRODUCING THE AAB STUDIO COMPANY The American Academy of Ballet is proud to announce the creation of the AAB Studio Company, a new pre-professional performance and choreographic program launching at the 2027 AAB Summer School of Excellence at Purchase College, New York. We are searching for a select group of exceptional young dancers from the United States and around the world who are ready to take the next step toward a professional career. TRAIN • CREATE • PERFORM • TOUR Studio Company dancers will: ✨ Train with AAB's distinguished international faculty ✨ Work closely with renowned choreographers ✨ Participate in the creation of exciting new choreography ✨ Study classical, contemporary and neoclassical repertoire ✨ Receive pas de deux and performance coaching ✨ Perform throughout the AAB Summer School season ✨ Perform at the AAB Festival alongside guest dancers and artists from well-known professional ballet companies ✨ Take part in the creation of new works being developed for future AAB performances and international touring ✨ Be considered for future professional performances and international tours with AAB AGES 18+ Exceptional 17-year-old dancers may be considered for Apprentice positions. Dancers must attend a minimum of four weeks of the AAB Summer School. AUDITIONS Dancers attending AAB Summer School auditions around the world may also request consideration for the AAB Studio Company. Selected candidates may be invited to complete an additional performance and choreographic section of the audition. Video auditions will also be considered for international applicants.
