FDNY Engine 305 responds to Box 7902

We are at quarters of FDNY Engine 305 and Ladder 151 at 111-02 Queens Boulevard, where we see the engine as they respond 3rd due to Box 7902 at 161-34 Grand Central Parkway South between 164th Street and 161st Street for smoke in a private dwelling. Engine 315 and Engine 298 were 1st and 2nd due engines respectively. Ladder 125 and Tower Ladder 127 were 1st and 2nd due trucks respectively. Battalion 50 also responded on the run as the sole chief. Upon arrival, it was determined that the smoke was actually dryer exhaust, and not actually smoke, so Engine 315 struck a 10-20 (Proceed to box location at reduced speed), followed by 10-33 Code 2, meaning an odor of smoke caused by any other type odor.
