'Where to start with the Trails Series', 'What to play before Cold Steel 3' and 'Is Cold Steel 3 a good start point?'. With this video, I aim to answer those questions as best as I can. The Trails Series is the magnum opus of JRPG world-building. It's an epic tale still going strong 15 years down the line, with a new series being announced by Falcom in the past month. Interest in the Trails series is at an all time high, with the work of NISA being a main reason behind this, getting the series mentioned on prominent platforms like the official Playstation Youtube channel. However, this represents a double edged sword in my mind, as people will be playing the trails series for the first time, and thus will see Cold Steel 3 as a good start point. That's why I have decided to make this video to give you the information you need before playing Cold Steel 3. I want to make people aware of the Trails universe, and how it all connects, giving my opinion on the best start point in the Trails series, followed by a few tid-bits for Trails veterans. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lore Summaries - Lady Virgilia    / @ladyvirgilia   I also have a Trails in the Sky story series that I'm working on, check it out!
