Downtown Wendy Brown. Problem Solver, Connector, Managing Broker.

Wendy Brown got her start in real estate helping her dad manage in Kalispell, closing around 300 transactions in her first 18 months. Today she’s the managing broker for PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate in Kalispell and for SVN on the commercial side. In our first remote episode of Pure Unfiltered, Wendy talks about why being involved in the industry makes her a better managing broker, what the Flathead Valley market has been like since 2020, and how pricing changed when the comps stopped making sense. She also shares why commercial real estate has her hooked, her work helping the Flathead County Library find new homes for its Kalispell and Columbia Falls branches, and why she believes great agents are problem solvers and connectors first.
