He joins a factory which belongs to Raadha's father, who happens to be an old friend of his father. He goes to stay with his friend Bhagwan and meets Seeta who stays with her mother next door. On the very first meeting, Shekhar loses his heart to Seeta who also falls in love with him. Raadha and Seeta are best friends, so dear to each other that they would not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for the happiness of each other. Raadha meets Shekhar in the factory and falls in love with him. Raadha and Seeta do not divulge their love for Shekhar to each other for sometime. Ultimately Raadha agrees to introduce Seeta to her lover. But as luck would have it Shekhar is unable to keep the appointment. Meanwhile Raadha's father and Shekhar's father meet and fix their wedding. Just then Raadha finds out that Shekhar is in love with Seeta. Raadha who had never hesitated to defy fate to achieve her goal is in a quandary! So is Seeta who also realizes that the friend for whom she would sacrifice her life is in love with Shekhar - the man she loves! What was the solution to this dilemma faced by Raadha and Seeta?
