Bread Machine Coffee Cake 1/4 c sugar 1 tsp salt 2 1/4 c bread flour 2 tsp instant yeast 1 egg yolk 3/4 c milk 1 Tbsp. butter or marg. Follow your own bread machine for the addition order to put into the bread machine pan. Select Dough Setting. Topping 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c pecans or use what I added 1/4 c raisins and 1/4 c coconut Bake 375 F for 20-25 minutes
