Kate Beckinsale discusses her struggles with MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) on Instagram. Sadly she has since deleted the post due to people bullying her. I wanted to upload this (I got about 95% of it) as someone who also struggles with MCAS to show people they're not alone. She also added some of the terribly cruel, judgemental responses she received in the comments of her post. I wanted to upload them too, but I want this video to stay up. MCAS is a terrible chronic illness. I wish people could show more compassion. I hope that her post can spread awareness and help others who may be struggling and looking for answers.
