She Went on Holiday… Then She Met Her

She Went on Holiday… Then She Met Her follows Zelda Tolliver, an investigative archivist seeking seven quiet days on a remote volcanic island. At a restored lighthouse hotel, she encounters Eleanor Ramsey, a marine cartographer who looks uncannily like her and carries a brass compass linked to Zelda’s childhood. As storm-damaged maps, handwritten tide rules, and a sealed evacuation cave expose contradictions in the island’s history, the two women are drawn into a dangerous search for the truth. With the ferry route closed and Eleanor’s hidden identity at risk, every discovery brings them closer to a past neither was prepared to face. This atmospheric mystery explores lost identity, chosen family, accountability, and the fragile bond between two women who may have been connected all along.
