Sonic 3: Reloaded - Ice Cap Act 2 (Hardware-Accurate)

This isn't an update to the song exactly, I've just been trying to get used to Deflemask again since I have a few upcoming projects that require me to be consistent to actual Sega Genesis hardware. Porting this song over was an absolute nightmare, not only was the mixing terrible, but I ended up catching so many mistakes that slipped past me. I took the opportunity to adress all of them. While the core song is the same, I did make a few small changes to make it sound more...Ice Cappy lol.
