CM DK Shivakumar Slams Sugar Factory Owners : ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಪರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ | @tv5kannada ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಮಾತಿನ ಚಕಮಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ರೈತರನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಡಿಮಿಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಿಎಂ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ, ರೈತರನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಾಯುವುದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಖಡಕ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಕಳೆದ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ನಡುವೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯವಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಡೀ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರೈತರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಬಡ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ತಾಕೀತು ಮಾಡಿದರು. Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar expressed severe displeasure and lashed out at sugar factory owners during a high-level meeting convened to address the escalating protests and grievances of sugarcane growers in the state. Flaying the mill owners for failing to take farmers into confidence and address their pressing demands, CM Shivakumar asserted that safeguarding the livelihoods of the farming community is a paramount responsibility shared by both the administration and the industry. Addressing discussions regarding fluctuating sugar pricing trends over the past decade, the Chief Minister emphasized that instead of playing politics during a agrarian crisis, all stakeholders must work collectively to find a viable financial solution.
