The most thrilling, exhausting and rewarding trek I've ever done! 😮‍💨 I went deep inside Chawmanu, Dhalai district to find the hidden Longthorai / Longtarai Waterfall - and trust me, this was NOT easy. Slippery rocks, dense jungle, steep climbs, no network... I was completely exhausted. But when we finally reached the waterfall? Totally worth it. Located in the Longtharai hill range (48km long, 498m high) - one of the most sacred and mysterious ranges of Tripura, this waterfall is still untouched and less explored. And the best ending to a tough day - authentic Chakma cuisine with the locals. That food after 4 hours of trekking hits different! If you are planning to visit Tripura, add this to your list.
