I find the mathematically strongest Pokémon, capable of doing the most damage in each generation of Pokémon. A road much murkier and labyrinthian than expected. Then I used all of the ones I was capable of using on the ladder to examine how they perform in their generations. Answering the age-old question is strength alone enough to be good?
