Breaking the Master's Plateau to CHALLENGER | Coaching Dino [Jungle]

As Bruce Lee said: "There are no limits. There are only plateaus." When we face a plateau, a lot more effort is required to progress further. Coaching is probably THE BEST tool to speed up that process. I find that most plateaus are caused by our own bias and blind spots. So what do we need? We need guidance in breaking bad habits, and constructing new ones. For Dino, we use a approach that I like to call "scaffolded deliberate practice". This way of training helped him break his Master's plateau and reached Challenger with the highest LP he has ever achieved in his lifetime. Enjoy!
