Hiking Overland Track, Tasmania April 2026

Taking on the Overland Track in Tasmania in April 2026 as a solo 55-year-old female adventurer! I'm all about hiking and using yoga magic to soothe those creaky joints and keep me moving like a breeze. Stick around till the end for a quick yoga routine filmed right on the jetty at Lake St Clair on my grand finale hiking day!
