Watch this video to see how to interprte your Enneagram Tritype® test results. When determining Enneagram Type, Tritype® Instinctual Type Stacking, and Subtype, we need to always listen to the language the person being typed uses and, in particular, the words they choose to describe themselves and others. The updated ETT v8, which includes 8 tests in one, is now ready!: Find your Type, Tritype® and Instinctual Type here: https://enneagramtritypetest.com/ • More on Katherine's Tritype®, Instinctual Types, and Subtypes here: https://www.katherinefauvre.com Enneagram Tritype® makes a huge difference. The sx6 often mistypes as the sx4 or sx8. If the sx has type 4 in the Tritype®, they will mistype as type 4. If they have 8, it is amplified because the sx 468 is very aware of their need for beauty, of their heightened emotions, and of their need to call out the truth to feel secure. This happens to type 6 because they are the most emotionally complex Enneagram type. The type 4s identify with their emotions, but the 6 oscillates through emotions with every thought. Type 4 and Type 6 share a lot in common. Both are emotional people. But the emotion is expressed first through the center in which the dominant type resides. As a thinking type, the type 6 thinks then feels and type 4, as a feeling type, feels then thinks. With type 6, you can see their emotions on their face, especially through the brow area. They show their confusion by knitting their brows, their surprise by raising their brows, and their uncertainty or doubt by hunching their shoulders or cocking their head from side to side. You can see the 6 change thought and emotions when they move their eyes and/or mouth from side to side. So, 6s show their thoughts and emotions as quickly as they think of something and move on just as quickly when they have a new thought or concern. 4s identify with their emotions. They cultivate a theme or story of shame and loss. They amplify and fantasize about both a beautiful future and painful memories from the past. Whether the memory or fantasy is idealized or heartbreaking, it is always laced with a painful sense of lack. So, they need to give meaning to their suffering and beautify their pain to manage the pain associated with it. Who is Katherine Chernick Fauvre? Created by Katherine Chernick Fauvre, Tritype® is an advanced Enneagram system where individuals use three types—one from each center of intelligence (head, heart, gut)—stacked in a specific order. The top type is the 'core' type, and together, the three types form a unique Tritype® Archetype.
