This success stems from our offensive philosophy: patient execution, reading the opponent’s defensive choices, and shifting the odds in our favor to find and capitalize on high-quality shooting advantages and opportunities. These results are by no means a coincidence. Our structured training process focuses heavily on individual player development, starting with 1-on-0 spot-up shooting. We methodically drill these finishing skills across all court zones, tracking progress step-by-step from inside the paint to two paces behind the three-point arc. To ensure total game readiness, I structured our finishing drills into long-term phases, expanding our shooting efficiency through 1-on-0, 2-on-0, 3-on-1, and 3-on-2 situations. By putting heavy work into our "reading the defense" philosophy, our players learned to convert shot opportunities at a much higher level within a high-tempo flow. Embracing the mindset that mistakes are just stepping stones for growth is what ultimately led us to these successful outcomes.
