SRKU UNIVERSITY VICE CHANCELLORS/ FAKE CERTIFICATE CASE/AR SRINIVAS IPS ADDL.CP CRIMES TELUGU SPEECH

FAKE CERTIFICATES RACKET PRESS N O T E  In the month of February’2022, in connection with fake certificates racket 4 cases were registered i.e. at 1) Malakpet PS (2) Asif Nagar PS (3) Musheerabad PS, and (4) Chadarghat PS against some agents of educational consultants and management of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University (SRKU), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for providing educational certificates to needy students without any exam and attendance by colleting huge money. All these cases were transferred to S.I.T for better supervision & investigation.  The SRK University issued a total of 101 educational certificates to the students. Among them 44 certificates were seized from the students.  Out of these 44 certificates, 13 belong to B’Tech and BE courses and the remaining 31 are various degree certificates like MBA, BSc, etc.,  Incharge vice-chancellor Dr. Sunil Kapoor obtained anticipatory bail and one Asst Professor by name Ketan Singh of SRK University was arrested in the case.  Seven (7) agents A.Srikanth Reddy, A.Srinadh Reddy, Patwari Shashidar, PKV Swamy, Gunti Maheswar Rao, Asif Ali, T.Ravikanth Reddy & Uppari Ranga Raju of various educational institutions of Hyderabad city were arrested.  Nineteen (19) students were arrested and parents (6) of the students obtained anticipatory bail and parents of another 6 students were received notices U/s. 41A Cr.PC.  While efforts are in progress to arrest the management of SRK University, on 17.05.2022 a team visited SRK University Bhopal and arrested the accused persons Dr. M.Prasahanth Pillai the present Vice Chancellor and Dr. S.S.Kushwah, Retired Vice-Chancellor/Chairman of SRK University and being produced before the Hon’ble Court.  Efforts are in progress to arrest the remaining accused of SRK University and students who obtained certificates fraudulently.
