He Was There | Original Southern Gospel

Sometimes you don't see His hand until you look back — this is "He Was There, " an original gospel song about faith, resilience, and discovering that through every valley, every scar, every moment you thought you were alone, God was there all along, leading you home. Written and recorded as part of Dixie Hymnal's mission to breathe new life into Southern gospel — songs that feel brand new, yet unmistakably familiar. This isn't contemporary or modern worship music. This is the kind of music that can change your life. 🙏 All lyrics and music are 100% original.
