Here are all the subtle cues (and not so subtle) to help you distinguish a real XKR Silverstone from a base model XKR: 1. There were only XKR Silverstone commemorative versions and no XK8! 2. There was only 1 color combination: Platinum Silver on Charcoal 3. Transmission shifter is wrapped in perforated leather 4. Special light wood (Pomelle veneer) in lieu of Dark Walnut 5. All leather steering wheel with red stitching 6. XKR Silverstone badging on the door sills, bonnet, and the passenger side wood trim 7. 20" DETROIT BBS were the only wheels offered on this edition 8. Silver Brembo calipers with red "Jaguar" inscription 9. Cross drilled rotors were offered from the factory, no solid brake rotors! If someone is offering an XKR Silverstone that doesn't have all of the above, he/she/they is/are trying to fool you!
