(TBT '04) Rap City: Ja Rule announces "RULE" + Wonderful Video

In this 2004 video, the outstanding Ja Rule announces his album at the time, "R.U.L.E." Big Tigger handles the whole thing with his usual skill and guides us through the promo. #BET #JaRule #BigTigger #promo #MurderInc I do not own the rights for these interviews and video footage, I'm just a Hip Hop fan who wants to share lost music and footages from his favourite artists.
