After attending this Parkrun last December and not seeing much beyond our noses due to fog, we returned on a sunny autumn morning and the conditions were perfect. Sister Mandy was scanning as she's still injured and I set myself a goal of completing this doing 8:30 min miles ahead of a race tomorrow to keep the legs fresh.
