In anger, Indra sent torrential rain, and Krishna lifted the mountain on his little finger for seven days, sheltering every villager and cow beneath it. Ever since, devotees offer Annakut — a "mountain of food" — and honour the cow on this day. 🙏 THE MESSAGE Not heaven, not riches — only the dust of Braj and Krishna's name.
