#ଆଜି ପୁଣି_ଲଘୁଚାପ_ପ୍ରବଳ_ବର୍ଷିବ ଆଣ୍ଡାମାନ ସାଗର ଭିତରକୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ କଲା ସକ୍ରିୟ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ। ଉତ୍ତର ଥାଇଲାଣ୍ଡ ଉପରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟଟି ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗ ମୁହାଁ ହୋଇ ଉତ୍ତର ଆଣ୍ଡାମାନ ସାଗର ଓ ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛି । ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ଏକ ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ । ପରେ କ୍ରମଶଃ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଉତ୍ତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଗତିବା ନେଇ ଆକଳନ କରିଛି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ। ୨୧ କିମ୍ବା ୨୨ ତାରିଖ ବେଳକୁ ଅବପାତରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତିପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା କରାଇବ। ୨୪ ତାରିଖରେ ବର୍ଷାର ପରିମାଣ ଆହୁରି ବଢିବା ଆଶଙ୍କା କରାଯାଉଛି। ତେବେ ଏହା ବାତ୍ୟାରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ ନା ନାହିଁ ସେନେଇ କୌଣସି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିପାରିନି । ଲଘୁଚାପ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବା ପରେ ଚିତ୍ର ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହେବ ବୋଲି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । An active cyclonic circulation that formed over North Thailand has moved westwards into the North Andaman Sea and adjoining areas. A low-pressure area is expected to form by tomorrow evening, after which the system may gradually intensify and move west-northwestwards. Odisha is likely to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall, with orange and yellow warnings issued for several districts on September 22, 23 and 24.
