Private Number - A Short Horror Film

BCM116 Investigation 2 Jordan Wylie Private Number, 2026 Short Film, Headphones, 3 mins 51 secs Jordan Wylie’s Private Number (2026) uses sound design to insert the viewer directly into the film. This experience is brought forward through phone calls. Characters take turns answering phone calls. The headphones enhance the viewer's experience, as when each character answers the phone, they hold it up to a different ear, which will match that of the headset. The immersive experience of using both sight and sound adds another level to the sense of dread and anticipation, as well as a feeling of being inside the film. Ultimately amplifying the classic horror experience. Backing track and sound effects from Pixabay, public domain. Film By Jordan Wylie Featuring: Sienna Magee as Maeve & Ava Wylie as Cassandra
