In this Crimson Desert video, we complete the Secrets of the Ancient Ruins quest which is part of the Guardian of the Ancient Ruins faction chain. Your goal is to observe the constellations at the Stones of Time and Sheltering Rocks and reflect on their meaning, as they may be linked to the ruins of the Gate of Truth. This Crimson Desert video guide takes place in Northern Demeniss and both locations are not far from each other. Quest Overview Faction: Tariv Sorcerers Quest Chain: Guardian of the Ancient Ruins → Secrets of the Ancient Ruins Objective: Observe the constellations at the Stones of Time. (Covered in Thorns) Observe the constellations at Sheltering Rocks. (On a Rock) Reflect on their meaning — the results may connect to the Gate of Truth We made this video because we had trouble getting the observation process to activate and once, we figured it out we had to share our findings. Tips 1) Use the Constellation Helm (from the What the Stars Left Behind quest chain) to make constellation alignment easier. 2)Align the constellation so it forms a diamond shape and aims at the center for the ring effect. This quest is part of a larger exploration and lore chain, so note any environmental or NPC dialogue that might hint at the constellations’ significance.
