Eternity Memory of Lightwaves from Final Fantasy X-2 - Classical Guitar cover

A somewhat ambitious take on a classic Final Fantasy tune. Kabukibear also has an arrangement more true to the original version. Both are good, but I find myself playing this one more often. It's a really fun piece. The arrangements I play rarely have strumming, so this one is always fun for that. If I ever want to release some energy this piece is one of my favorites for it. Kabukibear already has a recording uploaded on his Youtube channel of this arrangement but it's audio only so that was a reason for recording this one. Normally I try to only focus on pieces that don't have recordings - because why record an arrangement if there's already a good one out there? That said, this is one of my favorites, as well as, I've played it for many years now, so it didn't take countless hours to get a satisfactory recording unlike some of my other recordings. All that aside, the arrangement's difficulty, while somewhat fast paced, isn't as bad as it might sound. Also worth noting I play it slightly faster here than is written in the arrangement. I think the difficulty stems from the 3 minute length. Sort of ends up being an endurance test more than anything else. The most difficult part I found, was keeping in tempo for the duration of the piece. Otherwise the chord positions are all elementary - the highest fret played is the 5th and only once on the very last chord. If you're not as familiar with strumming, that might pose a problem but it's otherwise a relatively forgiving arrangement for an intermediate level player.
