Important Abilities : Summon, Sentinel, Rikku's Mix Hyper Mighty G/Trio of 9999/Ultra Nul All, Aeons except Ifrit get Break Damage Limit from Celestial Weapons. Game Progression : Unlocked Monster Arena farming Return Sphere and Teleport Sphere. This video only show how early you can fight Ultima Buster and it is possible before you use Overdrive to AP grind. Bear with me, since Ultima Buster is spamming Ultima (pun intended), I have trouble executing the strat and causing FPS drop in late battle. However this might also not intended given he is 3rd hardest monster arena below Shinryu and Nemesis. First, Magus Sisters need to survive at first turn cos we will need 1 Passado from Mindy and 2 Delta Attacks (with 1 Oblivion between) so this battle is luck roll for them (I spend 10+ resets here). You also can only fire Delta Attack and Oblivion when Ultima Buster revives its arm. Additionally, Yuna need to Quick Hit to depletes some HP as all of those Aeon combo is not enough for 5 mil damage. To explain the last round (heavy FPS drop here), Ultima buster is around 140k HP left so I can use Trio of 9999 and Tidus Slice & Dice, then finally Yuna deal last hit. Can you believe I beat almost Monster Arena creations except Shinryu and Nemesis without heavy grind? So here we are. I believe some late Dark Aeons can be too but I still testing strats.
