Qidi Plus 4 Extruder Lower Bushing Repair (Fixes Wobbling)

Hopefully this helps anyone who starts experiencing layer lines from the inevitable loose lower rail bushing in the extruder carriage. I think this lower bushing problem is going to show up in a lot of these Plus 4 printers as people start to put more hours on their machines.
