Kevin M. Ramirez (Math & Technology) Building Men’s Restroom Revisited! [SECOND FLOOR]

Filmed on the second and “main” floor of the Math and Technology Building at my local college in Rocklin, CA. Built in 2008, the V Building (Math and Technology Center) stood as one of the youngest buildings prior to the college’s renovation in the early 2020s. The V Building is a widely popular building after the Q Building at the college because it hosts math and technology classes there. Math just happens to be a requirement for majors here. Except for some design majors that don’t really require general education. Anyway, the restrooms on all 3 floors in this building are remarkably large. When I visited last year, the urinals were Sloan Waterfrees. It appears that earlier this year they’ve replaced them with newer Kohler Dexter Washdowns, which is a major improvement over the waterless urinals. On this floor, the only thing that is extremely rare on campus and the only one on campus is the black toilet seat on the 2nd Kingston. There are no other restrooms on the campus that has black toilet seats. In fact, this building may had been used to having all of the black seats before being replaced over the years with new ones. With that in mind, the restroom is large. But the fixtures aren’t that great. Fixtures Rating: F Cleanliness Rating: B
